Workplace Discrimination

Employers too often make workplace decisions based upon an employee's race, national origin, age, gender, physical disability, or serious health condition.

Even more often, bad employers retaliate against employees who complain about illegal discrimination or who have exercised their right to use medical leave for a serious health condition or for filing a workers' compensation claim from a workplace injury. Employees are protected from such illegal conduct under state and federal laws.

Remember, employers who discriminate don't admit their decisions were based upon protected categories. Rather, they cloak their illegal discrimination in claims that you were a bad employee or that you were just a victim of downsizing. Our firm vigorously fights illegal discrimination and we relish the opportunity to discredit an employer's dishonest justification for their illegal discrimination.
